We’re here to make your next private event a celebration to remember! Let us know if you have a special request or need a private registration link so that participants can register individually.

Private Event FAQ’s:

What do I need to bring? We’ve got you covered! Everything is included: Workshop Supplies, Bottled Water, Coffee Bar. Please let us know if you have a special request. Guests are also welcome to bring in food & drinks (beer & wine are fine, just no liquor).

Can guests book individually for a private workshop? Yes! Just select the option above to CUSTOMIZE your event above and we can create a private link to take individual payments.

Do you offer extended workshops or events? For longer events, we recommend booking 2 workshops back-to-back or selecting the option to add-on rental time (this is a great option if you plan to follow the workshop with your own meeting or event).

What if I have additional guests for a group booking? We will get a final headcount 2 days before your event. You are welcome to change the number of guests until that point.

What about parking? You are welcome to use the parking spaces in front of our studio. There is an additional parking lot behind our studio.

What if someone in our group is unable to make it? As long as we receive notice at least 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged. The final payment is processed 2 days before the event so we are unable to make changes beyond that point.

Do you rent the studio space for events other than private workshops? Yes, you can learn more HERE.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event? Events may be canceled or rescheduled up to 7 days before scheduled event. Events cancelled within 6 days event will be charged 50% of the workshop fee based on the original headcount. Cancellations not allowed within 48 hours of event start time.
